How to place an order on our e-shop?
To place an order on our e-shop:
1. Select your items on the website and add them to your cart
2. Confirm your cart
3. Select your delivery method
4. Enter your delivery and billing address
5. Choose your payment method, then enter your banking details
How do I change my shipping or billing address?
By logging in to your account, you can modify all your information. A user can have multiple billing and delivery addresses. They can manage their addresses via My Account / My Addresses, or when placing an order.
Has my order been successfully placed?
Your order is taken into account when it appears in your customer account under "my orders" with the status "in preparation". You will also receive a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, please contact our customer service.
Can I modify my order?
If your order is already being prepared or has been shipped, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to modify its content due to technical and logistical reasons, and in order to guarantee the fastest delivery times. We therefore suggest that you place a new order for any other items you may need. If your order is still pending and was placed less than 24 hours ago, please contact us at the following address so that we can combine your orders where possible: Contact@aaylaa.com
How do I check my order status?
You can check the status of your order in your customer account. You will also receive emails with updates regarding your order at the email address provided when placing the order.
My country is not available when ordering. What should I do?
Some products may not be available for sale or shipping in your country.

What is the lead time for my order?
The delivery time will be determined based on your order. AAYLAA commits to a delivery time of less than 15 days.
Can I pay for my order when I pick up the parcel?
No, the only possible payment method is payment before the product is shipped. However, please remember that if you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you have 14 days to return it.
I want to cancel my order.

How do I use my promo code / gift card?
First, remember to check the terms and conditions of your code: validity period, products concerned, minimum purchase, etc. Some codes can only be used once and cannot be combined. If you have a promotional code or a gift card, you can enter them when validating your cart, in the dedicated area "Promotional Code / Gift Card" at the top right of the order confirmation page under your order summary. Make sure to click "apply" to benefit from this advantage.
I haven't received a confirmation email.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't find it in your inbox, please check your "junk" or "spam" folder. If your credit card payment was accepted and you have not received an order confirmation within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer service.

How can I pay for my order?
Payment for your order on our site can be made by:

We secure 100% of the transactions made on our site.
No banking information is stored on our site. We have an SSL certificate that guarantees the encryption of payment pages and the confidentiality of your data.
How do I get the invoice for my purchase?
Invoices are available in your "My Account / My Orders" section. Simply select the relevant order and download the associated invoice.
Delivery
What is the processing time for my order?
Upon receipt, we prepare your order within 24 to 48 working hours. Once your package has been shipped, it will be delivered to you within 2 to 3 days in mainland France.
You were not present on the day of your delivery?
If you are absent from the address indicated on the day of delivery, you will receive a delivery notice informing you of the steps to take to arrange a new delivery or collection at a post office.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are adjusted and calculated based on the weight and volume of your package, as well as your location. Shipping costs are displayed just before order confirmation. Standard delivery is free for purchases of €200 or more in France and the United Kingdom, with the exception of orders:
- Containing fabric by the meter equal to or less than 3m,
- Where delivery costs exceed €100,
- Destined for Corsica, coastal islands, and hard-to-reach mountain areas,
- Containing bulky items.
Items with the following characteristics are considered bulky:
- Developed perimeter*: greater than or equal to 3 m
- Total weight: greater than or equal to 30 kg
- Total length: greater than or equal to 2 m
*The developed perimeter is equivalent to: (width + height) x 2 + length.
Additional charges apply to any order containing bulky products.
What's the status of my order?
You can track your package in your customer area once your order has been handed over to the post office. An email will also be sent to the email address provided, with a link and tracking number that will allow you to track your package step-by-step.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver in France, Europe, and internationally. However, please note that some oversized products cannot be shipped to certain countries.
What should I do if the product is not compliant upon delivery?
Please contact us via the "contact" form (clickable) and explain the exact reason for your complaint. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible.
I have not received my order.
First, check that your order has been registered in your customer area: after your payment has been accepted, you should have received an order confirmation email. By logging into your personal Caravane account, you will also find your order and its status. An email was then sent to you to notify you that your order had been shipped. If you have not received anything within 8 working days and no delivery notice has been left in your mailbox, please contact our customer service.
How to get a bulky item delivered?
All our bulky items are delivered to your home by a private carrier. Once your order is ready, the carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. Delivery will be made directly to the room of your choice. Please ensure that the product in question can be placed in the premises.
Returns & refunds
Not happy with your order?
You can return one or more items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items you wish to return must be in their original packaging with their tags.
How do I make a return?
Simply fill out the form included in your package, listing each product you wish to return. Then, all you need to do is send it back with the item(s) in its or their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error.
When will I receive my refund?
Your request will be processed once your parcel has been received. Your refund will be credited directly to your bank account or PayPal account.
I want to return my order but I'm told the package is too heavy.

The surest way to find a particular item you've spotted is to check the item's model name (e.g., Floral midi dress, Black leather jacket...) or its reference number, which is on the model's tag in the store.
If you don't have the reference number for the item you've spotted: the surest way to find this item is to type the item's name into the search bar on the aaylaa.com website. (e.g., Dress; all dresses available on the e-shop will be displayed).
